The 2nd Call for Proposals of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 is now open till January 31st, 2019. The programme addresses eligible regions from several countries, including Bulgaria, Republic of Moldova, Romania, Turkey and Ukraine.
