On Thursday 15 March, the Permanent International Secretariat of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC PERMIS) and the International Centre for Black Sea Studies (ICBSS) will hold an event entitled "Strengthening the project implementation capacity, dialogue and cooperation in the Black Sea Region", at the Hilton Maslak Hotel in Istanbul and online.
The event will serve as the final conference for three projects active in the Black Sea region: Black Sea React!, Black Sea Cruise and CulTourE4Youth.
