Join us on 28 October 2025, for the Black Sea Common Maritime Agenda Annual Stakeholder Conference, which will take place in Constanța, Romania, under the chairmanship of Ukraine.  

The Conference will bring together policymakers, researchers, business leaders, investors, and experts for a full day of knowledge-sharing, engaging discussions, and exploring opportunities to collaborate for a sustainable and competitive future for the Black Sea region. 

This conference is a staple annual occurrence for the Black Sea maritime and blue economy community! This year, it is organised in alignment with the International Black Sea Action Day and creating a Black-Sea-Week momentum in Constanța, with satellite events taking place under the CMA umbrella! 

The CMA Stakeholder Conference will be followed by closed meetings on 29 October 2025 for the CMA Steering Group and the CMA Technical Groups SustAqua and SustTourism!

Additionally, the CMA for the Black Sea, supported by the Black Sea Assistance Mechanism, is launching the next edition of the Black Sea Project Awards! The application process is now open!

If you are working on a project that drives competitiveness, innovation, and sustainability in the blue economy of the Black Sea region, this is your opportunity to be recognised among the Black Sea blue economy community. This competition is open to projects addressing the goals and priorities of the Black Sea Common Maritime Agenda.
