On 26 April (15:00 to 17:30 Georgian time) the Georgian National Hub of the Common Maritime Agenda for the Black Sea hosted a national workshop entitled 'Integration of sustainable blue economy in Georgian national economy', with the support of the Black Sea Assistance Mechanism.
The event discussed the development of the blue economy, as an essential sector for the sustainable development of Georgia’s economy. It gathered and actively involved governmental organisations, the private sector and civil society to discuss the challenges and opportunities for the sustainable integration of the blue economy in Georgia.
