European Maritime Day (EMD) is an annual two-day event where the maritime community of Europe gathers to network, discuss, and collaborate on maritime affairs and sustainable blue economy initiatives.
EMD, known as the place where 'Ocean Leaders Meet,' offers an immersive and interactive experience to stay updated on various issues related to the blue economy and marine environment. The event includes inspirational speakers, thematic sessions, stakeholder workshops, and pitch sessions organized by stakeholders and the European Commission. EMD caters to professionals from businesses, governments, public institutions, NGOs, academia, and EU citizens interested in marine matters.
